NAME: _Herb N Garlic Butter
INGREDIENTS/UTENSILS:
100g butter
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp chopped fresh celery, leaves and stalk
1 cup water
METHOD:
Place all ingredients in a small saucepan and gently bring to boil. Simmer until all water is evaporated, remove from heat.
SERVING:
Used as a dressing or spread.
NOTES:
Just included the recipe for completeness' sake. Vary quantities to suit yourself.
